Intel Xeon E5-2673 V4
Intel introduced Xeon E5-2673 V4 in 2016 which is a 64-bit microprocessor. It is designed for turbo boost frequency which is operating at 2.3GHz. However, the MPU of this server has a TDP of 135W which is manufactured on a 14nm process based on Broadwell.
Talking about an advantage of Xeon E5-2673 V4 processor – it has more core for better multi-threading performance. Also, at the same time, this processor can execute more threads which are clocked at 2.30GHz. Now moving towards its drawbacks, the base frequency is lower as compared to previous E5-2673 v3 processor. Meanwhile, the processor also requires more power for better performance.

However, the microprocessor uses the same architecture and socket as Intel E5-2673 v3 and Xeon E5-2673 v4, But their characteristics and performance are quite different.
